Is Pilates suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Pilates can be adapted to every fitness level. Private sessions are especially beneficial for beginners as each exercise is tailored to your body, experience and goals.

What is the difference between private Pilates and group classes?

How often should I do Pilates?

Most clients see noticeable improvements with 3–4 sessions per week. Consistency is key to building strength, mobility and long-term movement habits.

What should I wear to my Pilates session?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and stability during sessions. These are available for purchase on the day.

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

No. Sessions are designed around your individual starting point and can be modified for complete beginners through to advanced clients.

Do you offer pre & Postnatal Pilates?

Yes. Prenatal Pilates can help support strength, mobility, posture and body awareness throughout pregnancy. Postnatal Pilates is designed to help rebuild strength, reconnect with the core and pelvic floor, and support recovery after childbirth. All sessions are modified appropriately for each stage of pregnancy.

Where are sessions held?

My private studio is in Dubai, specifically Damac Lagoons which is close to Jumeriah Golf Estates, Tilal Al Ghaf, Damac Hills & Motor City. Group classes are conducted at different studio & outdoor locations around Dubai. During winter I host a Beach Edition of Mat Pilates at Kite Beach.
